      Once the refund request is approved, we will provide a return address and return instructions.

      Please return the returned merchandise in its original packaging and ensure that your order number and reason for the return are included in the package.
      Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to prevent loss.
